Phoenix Mills' director Bharat Bajoria resigns from Board

Phoenix Mills informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today that Bharat Bajoria has resigned from the board of directors of the company, effective from August 6.

In its letter to BSE, the company also stated that the board of directors of the company has taken on record Bajoria's resignation.

During market hours the company share was trading at Rs 239.75 while the Sensex was up 86.86. It gained Rs 2.15 or 0.9 per cent during trading hours.
