Meet Azeez Gupta, now 30. A graduate from IIT-Delhi, Azeez joined Mackinsey as a management consultant and worked there for a bit before he was seconded to the NGO Pratham. During 2017-19, Gupta headed to do an MBA from Harvard Business School (where he was supported by a merit based fellowship as an education innovator) and rejoined Pratham full time at a fraction of what he earned in Mckinsey.
