Tata Steel, PCRA tie up for energy audit

The mines division of Tata Steel and Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) have prepared a coordinated plan for conducting energy audit of mines.
The plan has been prepared keeping in view the energy crisis gripping the global economy, increasing trend in power consumption and ever increasing fuel costs.
The plan was unveiled at a meeting held in Bhubaneswar. The event was attended by P K Raychaudhuri, director PCRA, joint director A K Mohini, R R Satapathy, chief of Joda mines, Tata Steel and other officials of the company.
