TVS Motor Harita Employees Welfare Foundation sells shares in company

Share sale will be through bulk deals on BSE

TVS Motor Harita Employees Welfare Foundation Pvt Ltd has sold Rs 80.84 crore worth shares in TVS Motor through bulk deals in BSE on Wednesday.

The Foundation has sold 34.92 lakh equity shares in the company for Rs 231.48 per share through bulk deal. According to the data available with BSE, the foundation held around 94.33 lakh equity shares, which is 1.99% of the total shares in the company.

As per the bulk deal data in NSE, the Foundation has sold 23.75 equity shares for Rs 231 per share, for an aggregated trade price Rs 54.87 crore.
