Ultratech promoter, Umang Commercial Co sells shares worth Rs 22 crore

The co currently holds 0.025% stake in Ultratech, down from 0.075% as on July 27

Cement maker Ultratech today said one of its promoters, Umang Commercial Company, has sold 1.37 lakh shares in the firm for Rs 22.42 crore.

Umang offloaded the shares in Ultratech through open market transactions on both BSE and NSE on three trading days between July 27 and July 31, it said in a regulatory filing to the BSE.

Umang currently holds 0.025% stake in Ultratech, down from 0.075% as on July 27.

As on June-end, Ultratech promoters' stake in the company stood at 63.34%, including Umang Commercial's 0.13% holding.

Ultratech's shares today settled at Rs 1,638.35 apiece on the BSE, up 0.05% over the previous closing.
