President Pranab Mukherjee Saturday congratulated the Indian medal winners at the 20th Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.
Mukherjee congratulated ace shooter Abhinav Bindra, 16-year-old air pistol shooter Malaika Goel and weightlifter Santoshi Matsa for winning a gold medal in the men's 10 metre air rifle event, silver medal in the women's 10 metre air pistol and bronze medal in the women's 53 kg category respectively.
"In individual messages, the president congratulated and wished them further success in future," a statement from Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
With these, India's medals tally reached the double figure mark on day two of the competition.
