1 held in Israeli embassy car blast

More than three weeks after an Israeli diplomat, Tal Yehoshua, was severely injured in a terrorist attack, security agencies have made the first breakthrough with the arrest of Syed Mohammed Ahmed Kazmi, a 50-year-old freelance journalist who reportedly contributed for an Iranian publication. Kazmi is alleged to be part of an international terrorist network and had conducted reconnaissance of the Israel embassy in Delhi to know the movements of diplomats and senior officials.
