GDP growth slows to 7% in Q3FY17

Advance GDP growth estimate for current fiscal pegged at 7.1%, the same as projected earlier

The annual economic growth slowed to 7% in the three months through December from a revised 7.4% expansion in the previous quarter, government data showed on Tuesday.

The central statistics office also retained the growth forecast for the fiscal year ending in March 2017 at 7.1%.
