Our designs of terrazzo tiles and its longevity have played as major factors for the importers there to choose our products to buy and market there," said Yogesh D Jain, managing director of the company.
To maintain the quality in the company's existing production facilities Jain has spent more than Rs 3 crore in the last five years and also has imported tiles making machineries from Germany.
Royal Tiles has also been eyeing export opportunities in the Italian market and other countries under the European Commission.
Royal Tiles has installed a 300-tonne hydraulic rotary press with completely robotised equipment which has a capacity of 5,000 square feet production per shift.
"We have expanded our production facilities and thus earned advantages of meeting any urgent increasing export demands from these countries. We also can enhance the capacity by increasing number of shifts at our plants in Taraghadi on Rajkot-Jamnagar Road," said Jain.
