The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a new transfer policy for its employees under which the transfers after June 30 will be done only with chief minister's consent.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>Group C and Group D employees have been exempted from the policy. Transfers of group A and group B officers would be affected only between May 16 and June 30. </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>Transfers of gazetted officers would be done with the consent of the ministers concerned, the policy said.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>Teachers, nurses and doctors have been exempted from the policy. Transfers of doctors would be done as per the policy of the medical department, it said.</P>
