YES Bank on Friday launched the RuPay Debit Card, in association with NPCI. It is a domestic debit card and will be accepted at over 190,000 ATMs and one million point of sale (PoS) terminals in the country.
"The launch will contribute significantly to the goal of financial inclusion, by offering high levels of acceptance and an enhanced banking experience for many customers which were hitherto un-banked," said Rana Kapoor, managing director and chief executive officer, YES Bank.
