Financial assistance from National Sports Development Fund (NSDF) to Gagan Narang, Chain Singh and Apurvi Chandela (Shooting-Rifle events) for training
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approved the Financial assistance to following athletes for training at Almaty (Kazakhstan) and other venues under Mr. Stanislav Lapidus:
(1) Shri Gagan Narang
(2) Shri Chain Singh
(3) Ms Apurvi Chandela
Approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed for release of INR equivalent to USD 25500 towards the salary of Mr. Stanislav Lapidus for three months, which works out to Rs 16,89,054.00 (Rupees Sixteen lacs eighty nine thousand fifty four only).
Training expenses on other components for the training of the three athletes will be released after getting details in this regard.
