Financial assistance from National Sports Development Fund to Ms Krishna Poonia for training
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approved financial assistance for 80 days training to Ms Krishna Poonia under Mr. Mac Wilkins at Olympic Training Center, Chula Vista, California, USA. Financial assistance from the National Sports Development to the tune of USD 14000 per month for two months training has been sanctioned. This sanction is against the projected training expenses of USD 19300 per month (including USD 3000 per month as coaching fee), as per the invoice, plus air travel, visa, insurance etc.
