Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated Shri Shashi Kapoor for being presented the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

"It was wonderful seeing the versatile & much admired Shashi Kapoor ji being presented the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Congratulations to him," the Prime Minister said.
