While India has the world's second largest online user-base, as many as 63% of India's 51 million small businesses are largely 'invisible' online or have a marginal digital footprint. Small size of operations (40%) and lack of technical expertise (19%) are two important deterrents holding back small businesses from getting online, finds a GoDaddy survey
