Forward Markets Commission, the commodities market regulator has said that after consulting the national commodity exchanges has come up to the conclusion that all cash transaction in the futures market should be looked into by Income Tax, Prevention of Money Laundering Act and any other law enforcement agency. FMC has taken this step to stop any trade abuse and that it all such transactions will be looked into by the enforcement agencies.
