Commodity picks: December 5, 2016

Coriander
 

Coriander prices in Kota market are trading at Rs 7,883 a quintal. Prices are expected to trade higher towards Rs 8,000 a quintal for the coming week, following lower arrivals in domestic market and slowdown in imports. However, upbeat sowing progress would limit the price gains.

Red Chilli
 

Red chilli prices in Guntur are Rs 9,611 a quintal. Domestic demand for is weak and crop arrivals have continued, although in small quantity . Thus, prices are expected to trade weak, towards Rs 9,500 a quintal.
