Pepper slips 0.2% on higher output concern

Prices fell as speculators trimmed their positions

Pepper futures for May declined by Rs 60, or 0.17% to Rs 35,550 per quintal in 970 lots.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), the April contract traded lower by Rs 20, or 0.06% to Rs 35430 per quintal in 1,282 lots.

Prices fell as speculators trimmed  their positions, triggered by higher output estimates.
