Shares in Saksoft is locked in upper circuit of 10% at Rs 211 on BSE, extending its past two days rally, after the information technology (IT) firm announced that it has acquired a majority stake in ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.
On January 1, Saksoft, the information management specialist company, in a filing to the BSE, said it has acquired a 51% ownership stake in ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services Private Limited, Independent Software Testing services company.
The stock rallied 59% from Rs 133 on December 31, 2014 as compared to 1.8% rise in the benchmark S&P BSE Sensex.
Till 0956 hours, a combined 22,508 shares changed hands and there are pending buy orders for 30,800 shares on BSE and NSE.
