Sensex up 47pts; HLL, TCS drop 2%

The Sensex is now up 47 points at 13,027.

NTPC has surged 2.5% to Rs 149. Hero Honda, ITC, HDFC Bank and Dr.Reddy's have advanced around 1.5% each to Rs 691, Rs 149, Rs 946 and Rs 715, respectively.

HLL has dropped 2.5% to Rs 20, and TCS has shed 2% to Rs 1,223.

HDFC is down 1.3% at Rs 1,515.

Out of 2,165 stocks traded so far, 1,380 have advanced, 715 have declined and 70 are unchanged today.
