An individual should always personalize their CV according to the particular job they are applying for.

Gone are those days when a person could print out stacks of CVs and send it to the whole town.

In the age of digitalization, a person should make sure that he has made these five tweaks in their CV's before he/she sends them, CBS News reported.

Firstly, the resume should highlight their most relevant achievements.

Secondly, the CV should be devoid of any job experience that is not relevant to the position that a person is applying for.

Thirdly, a person can show in their CV that they can help with the company's core needs, they should write their accomplishments through the lens of what the employer is most concerned about.

Fourthly, if an individual has shifted their house, their CV should not have their current address on them, it would be better if they just mention their city and state or they can provide a fried's address.

Fifthly, a CV should always have a personal hobby that he/she share with their prospective employers.
