AAP leader Manish Sisodia hoists national flag upside down

Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia hoisted the national tricolour upside down during a flag hoisting ceremony here.

Presiding over a local Independence Day ceremony in the city, the former cabinet minister unfurled the National Flag upside down even as he stood at attention for the National Anthem.
