Asian Development Bank president Takehiko Nakao on Thursday called on Prime Minister Modi in the national capital.
During their meeting, the two dignitaries exchanged pleasantries and discussed matters of mutual interest.
After their talks, Prime Minister Modi took to twitter to share news of their meeting.
"A very productive meeting with Mr. Takehiko Nakao, President of the Asian Development Bank. @ADB_HQ," he wrote, also posting a picture of the two leaders shaking hands.
Earlier in the day, Nakao had also called on Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
