Andy Murray showed his kind side when he stopped the running cars to rescue a labradoodle and returned it to its owner.
During a chat with BBC radio, the 27-year-old Tennis star said that it happened while he was on his way to practice at the All England Club when the dog came running along the road, seeing which, he parked his vehicle and ran to halt the oncoming cars towards it, Metro.co.uk reported.
He continued saying that he put the dog onto the back seat of his car and drove to the nearby 'dog-walking' place to return it to its owner, who expressed her gratitude.
He added that that dog turned out to be the companion to his dogs, as they did a lot of walking together and he was glad that it was fine.
