Actor-cum singer Ayushmann Khurrana, who plays an urbane Bengali gentleman from Kolkata in his upcoming drama film 'Meri Pyari Bindu', said that he has a special connection with the Bengali culture.
At the launch of the new single 'Ik Vaari', the 'Vicky Donor' star said, "I think I have an amazingly connection with Bengalis and also these days I am listening a lot of Ranbindra Sangeetand I love Bengali culture. Entire Bengal is full of art, literature and also food, I think I am in love with Bengal."
Recalling his shooting days, the actor said, "The best part is everybody at Pradeep Da's set interact in Bengali and when I went there they were surprised to know that I can actually understand Bengali because I am playing a Bengali chap in 'Meri Pyari Bindu'."
The 32-year-old actor will next be seen in Akshay Roy's romantic drama 'Meri Pyari Bindu' alongside Parineeti Chopra.
The movie is set to release the next year.
