Becker promises to 'do his best' to help Djokovic achieve 2014 goals

After joining Serbian superstar Novak Djokovic as his head coach, a happy Boris Becker has said that he will do his best to help the player reach his goals and is sure they can achieve great things together.

According to TennisWorldUSA.org, the German tennis legend will travel with the team to Australian Open, Dubai, Miami, Monte Carlo, Rome, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, Cincinnati, US Open, Shanghai, Paris and London.

Boris Becker also expressed his gratitude on Twitter thanking everyone for the best wishes regarding their new partnership.

Djokovic's current coach Marian Vajda will still be a part of the team, the report said.

However, adding Becker in the squad will help him accomplish what Vajda is unable to do so, the report added.

 

The Serbian started 2013 year with a bang winning his sixth Grand Slam at Australian Open, he also ended Nadal's winning streak at Monte Carlo, but Djokovic failed to continue his superb form and lost some close Matches against Nadal at French open and the US Open, the report further said.Djokovic managed to end the season on a high note winning at Bejing, Paris and ATP World Tour Finals at London, the report mentioned.
