Beliebers take to wall to promote new album

It seems like Justin Bieber's new album has captivated his fans so much that they can even face criminal charges for it.
A graffiti mural of the 21-year-old singer's name along with Nov. 13 written on it had appeared on a retainer wall off the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles, the day his album drops, TMZ.com reports.
However, it is unclear that who vandalized the wall.
Earlier, Bieber made a huge graffiti push on his Instagram, disclosing each song name from 'Purpose' with a custom mural.
