BJP MLAs asked not to leave Goa: State BJP general secretary

The ruling BJP has asked all its MLAs not to leave in the backdrop of Manohar Parrikar's deteriorating health and staking claim to form the government in the state.

BJP general secretary told ANI that all the legislators have been asked not to leave at a meeting held on Saturday.

After dispatched a letter to Mridula Sinha, BJP called for an "emergency meeting" at the party headquarters in Panaji.

A meeting of BJP MLAs is also scheduled for today at party's Panaji office, on Saturday.
