Crack-smoking Toronto mayor fully behind Justin Bieber

Infamous Toronto mayor Rob Ford, who has admitted to smoking crack and hiring prostitutes, has revealed that Justin Bieber has his full backing despite his recent arrest in Miami for a DUI and lack of valid license.

Ford, 45, asserted that the 'Boyfriend' singer is just 19 years old and a young guy, the Daily Star reported.

He also asked people to think back to when they were at his age.
