Delhi Karkardooma Court on Thursday dismissed the bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Manoj Kumar, who was arrested in a case of alleged cheating and land-grabbing.
The Delhi court on Tuesday had sent the AAP leader to judicial custody till July 25.
Kumar was arrested on July 9 for allegedly selling a plot for Rs six lakh in November 2012 to complainant Vinod, who later came to know that the land did not belong to the legislator.
Vinod had alleged in his complaint to the police that Kumar used to work as a property dealer before venturing into politics.
