The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed Adhyatmik Vishwavidalaya in Rohini to remove 'Vishwavidalaya' from its name as it is "not a university".
The court also directed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to follow all necessary steps as per law to secure appearance of Virender Dev Dikshit who is absconding.
The court will hear the matter next on March 15.
Dikshit is an alleged rapist, a fake godman who built ashrams across India where he kept women confined, and a land grabber who duped devotees to build the Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya.
