The Delhi High Court today will hear the anticipatory bail plea of against expelled AIADMK MP Sasikala Pushpa who faces charges of harassment by her domestic help.
A harassment complaint has been lodged by Pushpa's maid against her, her husband, her mother and her son.
Yesterday, The Tamil Nadu government was restrained by the Delhi High Court from taking any "coercive action".
The domestic servants, who reportedly worked at Pushpa's house in Tamil Nadu, had filed a police complaint alleging that they were tortured by them.
Pushpa was expelled from AIADMK by party supremo Jayalalithaa on August 1 for "bringing disrepute to the party".
