Did Beyonce, Jay- Z skip Kimye's wedding over status issues?

Beyonce and Jay- Z skipped Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding because it was not "classy" for their brand, according to reports.

A source said that the music couple were guarding like hell their status as Beyonce wasn't going to allow a Kardashian to socially climb her and the 44-year-old rapper didn't want West with Kardashian because he thought that it was bad for business, the Mirror reported.

An insider added that it was not about who the music duo hangs out with, it was who hangs out with them.

The 32-year-oldsinger did later post a message of support for Kardashian where she captioned a picture from Kardashian, West and their daughter North's photoshoot with Vogue, "Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional love. God bless your beautiful family.
