Did Demi Lovato throw shade at Kathy Griffin over 'victim' act?

Looks like, Demi Lovato and Kathy Griffin never miss out on an opportunity to fan the flames of their feud that goes back a long way.
Hours after the 56-year-old comedian tearfully spoke out at a press conference about how she felt "bullied" by U.S. President Donald Trump and his family, Lovato took to Twitter to call a certain someone out.
"I find it funny when bullies play the victims," the 24-year-old pop star tweeted, making many Lovatics believe that she was referring to Griffin's tearful press conference.

"Oops. I spilled my tea," Lovato said in a follow-up tweet.

Earlier in the day, Griffin and her lawyers spoke out days after the comedian shared an image of herself holding up a prop meant to represent President Trump's severed, bloody head.
She said, "I made a horrible, horrible call. Trust me, if I could redo the whole thing, I'd have a blow up doll and no ketchup," continuing, "What's happening to me has never happened in the history of this great country, which is a sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the First Lady are personally, I feel, personally trying to ruin my life forever."
The bad blood goes back to 2014 when the comedian was asked to name the "biggest douche celebrity" she has ever met.
"Probably [Demi] Lovato," she said in a tweet, wherein she called the former Disney Channel star "Debbie."

To which, the 'Let It Go' hit-maker responded by tweeting, "Only a 'douche' to people I can't stand."
The feud was reignited a year later when Griffin slammed Lovato's MTV Video Music Award performance.
Also, in her book titled 'Kathy Griffin's Celebrity Run-Ins,' the author dedicated several pages to the Grammy nominee.
