Dwyane Wade's son's birth certificate, which reveals his and the baby mama's name, has been leaked.
The birth certificate shows the kid's name as Xavier Zechariah Wade, who was born in Los Angeles on November 10, 2013, and the mother is 30-year-old Aja Metoyer, TMZ.com reported.
Wade had recently confessed to fathering a son outside his relationship with fiancee Gabrielle Union.
