Explosives discovered at Red Fort

During cleaning of wells inside Red Fort yesterday some ammunition and explosive boxes were discovered in Red Fort.

The police cordoned off the area and informed NSG and the army.

The explosives were found last evening during a cleaning operation by the ASI.

The NSG bomb disposal teams are at currently the spot.

Fire tenders were called in as a precautionary measure.
