American actress Bella Thorne is excited for developing boobs before the age of 18 as she had always been a flat-chested girl.
'The Duff' Star said in the Teen Vogue cover interview that prior to developing breasts, she was working on a film, and they wanted her to look older, so the stylist kept on putting pads in her bra, but that use to fall out which became embarrassing for her, E! Online reported.
The 17-year-old American actress even shared that she has made a New Year's resolution to drink a lot of water, and stay healthy.
