Heavy rains lash Delhi, traffic jams galore

Heavy rains and cold winds lashed the national capital on Saturday, bringing down the mercury by several notches.

The maximum and minimum temperature in the city will remain around 29 and 18 degrees Celsius today.

Severe water logging was also witnessed in many parts of the city, bringing traffic to a standstill at various parts.
