'I Know What You Did Last Summer' remake scheduled for 2016

'I Know What You Did Last Summer' is all set to make a comeback to theatres in 2016 after Sony Pictures decided to come up with a remake of the 1997 hit thriller movie.

Sony Pictures has roped in 'Oculus' writer and director Mike Flanagan and his co-writer Jeff Howard for the remake of the movie, Deadline.com reported.

The movie grossed over 125 million dollars worldwide.
