India names Pavan Kapoor as its next envoy to Swaziland

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Wednesday, concurrently accredited Pavan Kapoor as the next High Commissioner of India to the Kingdom of Swaziland, with residence in Maputo (Mozambique).
