The 45-year-old star said that she have picked the "wrong f-king guys" in her life even though she's a great girlfriend and wife, the New York Post reported.
The American actress also mentioned that she was taking a break from men and trying to enjoy being on her own.
Lopez's memoir, which came out in 2014, details her painful divorce from Marc Anthony and includes a revelation that she had an emotionally abusive past, although she doesn't name anyone specifically.
