The 'Django Unchained' star told ABC news that he had Colin Powell on stage dancing, so the media could have said that he was dating Powell.
Foxx stated that he was on stage dancing with other celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres during a charity event where he was photographed with the former 'Dawson's Creek' star.
The 45-year-old actor said that social media tries to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
