Kanye West defends Kim K's GQ Woman of the Year award

Kanye West has defended his wife Kim Kardashian's GQ Woman of the Year award saying that she is a misunderstood "legend".

The 'Stronger' hitmaker told Metro.co.uk that the award won by his wife was well deserved, for all those tight motherf****** who did not want to give her any credit.

The 37-year-old rapper said that it was time and Kardashian was a legend and few did not understand what social media was so they only wanted to give it to an actress.

West said that they needed to respect that and understand that and that's what they were doing in everybody's faces.
