Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has announced that Khursheed Shah will continue to remain as the leader of opposition in the National Assembly.
The decision on Shah was made during the Central Executive Meeting of the PPP, chaired by party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
"During the CEC meeting Asif Ali Zardari clarified that Khursheed Shah's position is not in danger," the Dawn cited PPP leader Manzoor Wattoo as saying.
He said it has also been decided that the party will go ahead with its plan of the long march beginning from January 1, after Bilawal arrives in Lahore.
