Kim K might have had fat removed from legs into her butt!

Speculations are rife that Kim Kardashian had "lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her famous derriere".

In 2011, the 32-year-old reality star had visited a doctor's clinic in order to get a butt x-ray done to prove that she had no implants in her butt.

A source told Life 'n' Style that Kardashian's surgery was the reason why implants didn't show up on the x-ray, Radar Online reported.

Though Kim denied that her booty was enhanced, her former husband, Damon Thomas, has claimed her bankrolled extensive plastic surgery - including a boob job and liposuction.
