Taking to his Twitter handle, the 43-year-old film-maker recently shared a pic with his mother, wherein the doting son is seen kissing his most-liked 'Ki' on cheeks, writing, " My favourite Ki...who is yours!?? #KiAndKa."

Starring Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor, R. Balki's upcoming romantic comedy 'Ki and Ka' follows a young, married couple, whose relationship challenges the gender roles placed upon women and men in the Indian society, will hit the theatres on April 1.
