Kumar Sanu joins BJP

Noted playback singer Kumar Sanu on Tuesday formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of party chief Amit Shah.

Sanu, whose real name is Kedarnath Bhattacharya, is the recipient of the Filmfare Best Male Playback Singer award for five successive years.
