Disgraced American cycling star Lance Armstrong's missing testicle popped up in a game as he was presented with a card bearing the same while playing 'Cards Against Humanity'.

Arsmstrong, who was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles in 2012 before later admitting doping in an interview with in 2013, took the joke with good humour and posted a picture to his 3.8 million followers on Twitter, the report added.
