Leah Remini set to star in TLC's 'Docuseries'

Leah Remini will be starring in a 12-episode docuseries produced by 'Duck Dynasty' producers Gurney Productionson TLC.

The series, which will follow Remini's life, will show how the girl from Brooklyn never left her roots behind, and will feature her husband of 10 years, Angelo and their 9-year-old daughter, Sofia, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

TLC GM Nancy Daniels said that Remini is a "no-nonsense, hard-working, relatable mom, wife, daughter and sister and her sharp humor and unfiltered family are a perfect match for the network".
