Lee Westwood splits from wife of 16 years

Lee Westwood and wife Laurae have split up after 16 years of marriage, it has been reported.

It is claimed that the 42-year-old golfer's kids, 14-years-old Sam and 10-year-old Poppy, will now move to United Kingdom to live with their mother, reported the Mirror.

Talking about the split, the ace golfer, who is being consoled by his parents back in his home town, said that he doesn't comment on his private life.

It is being claimed that if the couple goes on to divorce, the English golfer stands to lose half of his 30 million pounds fortune.
